Abstract: 近几年,人才争夺战日益激烈,企业为赢得校园招聘纷纷使尽浑身解数,提升候选人体验也成为企业主要关注的问题。基于候选人体验的校园招聘,强调体验至上但并非盲目追求极致体验,是让专业、科学、公平的招聘流程更有温度。在企业提供的“功能性条件”(薪酬福利、工作地点、工作强度、晋升机会)接近的情况下,采取差异化的校招策略能提高招聘效能,为自己的雇主品牌打上“以人为本”标签,让企业雇主品牌有区别度,让校园招聘与企业雇主品牌建设之间形成良性循环。研究结果表明,面对新生代员工,改善候选人体验虽然渐成趋势,但较少企业有完整的思路;雇主品牌虽然风靡已久,但大多数企业雇主品牌建设的行动力不足,还没有成熟的雇主品牌建设方案。本研究从校园招聘入手,聚焦于校园招聘中的候选人体验,较为系统地提出在校园招聘中值得采纳的提升候选人体验的对策建议,在提升招聘效能的同时塑造优秀雇主品牌。
In recent years, the battle for top talents has become increasingly fierce. Enterprises have made every effort to win campus recruitment, and improving the experience of candidates has also be-come the main concern of enterprises. The campus recruitment based on the candidate’s expe-rience emphasizes the supremacy of experience but does not blindly pursue the ultimate expe-rience, which makes the professional, scientific and fair recruitment process more considerate. Nowadays, The “functional conditions” (compensation and benefits, location, intensity of work, opportunities for advancement) provided by companies are getting closer and closer. Only by adopting differentiated recruitment strategies can the recruitment efficiency be improved, and the employer brand can be labeled “people-oriented”, so that the employer brand can be distin-guished, and a virtuous circle can be formed between campus recruitment and employer brand building. The results show that, although there is a trend to improve the candidate experience for the new generation of employees, few enterprises have a complete idea. Although the employer brand has been popular for a long time, most of the enterprises do not have enough execution to build the employer brand, and there is no mature employer brand building program. This study focuses on candidate experience in campus recruitment, and systematically puts forward countermeasures and suggestions worth adopting to improve candidate experience in campus recruitment, so as to build excellent employer brand while improving recruitment efficiency.

本文分析了当前空间数据库课程教学现状及存在的问题。结合教学实际需求,根据专业自身特点,提出了合理的理论教学与实践教学体系。从优化教材建设、教学内容,丰富教学手段,创新教学方法等多个角度探讨了该门课程可能的教学改革手段,有利于提高《空间数据库原理》课程的教学质量。
The current teaching situation and some problems of spatial database theory are analyzed in this paper. Combining with the actual needs of teaching and its own characteristics, reasonable aca-demic education and practical teaching system are brought up. A discussion is made about proper teaching reform from different perspective, such as optimizing textbook construction, teaching content, enriching teaching methods and so on, which help to improve the teaching quality of spa-tial database theory course.

Under the current of ceaselessly developing world education, Sinological theory of life orientation and individual image should be attached importance to constantly. In order to stimulate a reformation, the theory should also be researched properly. This theory system is based on an abstract life orientation named “gentleman”. “Gentleman” orientation contains a range of specific and systematic noble connotations, including those individuals who want to imitate the Confucian standard image of voice and countenance, words and deeds. Based on the critical acceptance of “gentleman” orientation, the modern goal and new theory of talent training should be constructed.

诗词传统艺术教育的开发和复兴,既具有可观的政治及社会作用,又具有重要的文化及教育教学作用。诗词教学,即孔子开始确立的中国教育历史重要传统——“乐教”的重要内容“诗教”,应当成为现代艺术教育的一个重要而又必要的整合性成分,激发学生的理想志向和创新思维,促进课外、校外艺术活动的开展与校园文化建设。诗词教学具有深刻的内在依据和多重的审美作用。开发和复兴诗词艺术传统教育,将使现代教育走出“五四”以来的误区,再生式地传承传统艺术教育的精华和基因,进而健全中国特色的艺术教育系统,建设“和谐”的新“诗国”。
The development and revival of traditional art in poetic education, not only considerably impact the functions of politics and society, but also play the function in the realms of traditional culture and education. “Poetic education”, namely an important part of “Music education” which is established by Confucius, is known as an old tradition in the history of Chinese education. It should become a pivotal and indispensable composition of the integrating modern art teaching. Additionally, it should take the responsibility of arousing the students’ inner aspirations and creative thought, promoting the popularization of extra curricular art activities and the construction of miscellaneous campus cultures. Due to the fact that poetic teaching has its own deep inside basis and multiple aesthetic functions, the development and renaissance of the traditional education in poetic art will help modern educator get rid of the stereotype and misunderstanding of old education model since the day of “5.4” and regeneratively inherit the essence and gene from traditional art education. Then it will improve the system of traditional education with Chinese Characteristics and construct a new “harmonious poetic country” eventually.

Based on the premise of constructing consensus of “Great Cultural Province” concept in Guangdong province, the speculation of the “Great Region of Asian Pacific Cultural Center” should be set up in accordance with the cultural vision of all mankind development. This speculation, on account of the complete investigation and research of Guangdong’s current cultural situation, will actively dominate the trend of cultural development both in China and the rest of world. This speculation is a new-born cultural entity which stems from the realistic, ancient and foreign culture and combines these three elements into a single symbiotic form. It possesses the quality of the economic foundation relying on the most advanced productivity and the superstructure depending on the political civilization system. Thus, it will undertake the responsibility of building a cultural frame for all individuals in reference of the latest Chinese national community of spirit. In order to do this, the systematic planning should be considered and the pivotal strategic measures should be implemented. This concept of “Great Region” will be the first step forward constructing upper stage of socialism and will achieve thousand years’ great harmony eventually.

船用低硫燃油的实验研究

Abstract: 针对限硫法规及船用低硫燃料油,分析了船用低硫油没有国际竞争力、燃油质量监管机制缺失、造成主机燃烧系统损坏及推高了船舶营运成本,比较了船舶安装脱硫塔与选择低硫油的利弊,直炼低硫油比调和低硫油有显著优点,进行了高低硫燃油的低速机ME台架对比试验,结果表明,ME不同运行工况下废气排放的成分有差异,中负荷以下低硫油比高硫油排放的NOx、CO2和CO较高,中负荷以上低硫油比高硫油排放的NOx、CO2和CO较低,因此,低硫燃油从根源上减少了SOx排放,选择低硫燃油是船舶应对限硫最有效的措施。
According to the sulfur limit regulations and marine low sulfur fuel oil (LSFO), this paper analyzes that LSFO has no international competitiveness due to lack of fuel quality supervision, causes the main engine (ME) combustion system damage and increases operation cost of ship. The comparison between installation of desulfurization tower and selection of LSFO is analyzed, direct refining LSFO has advantages over blending LSFO, a comparative test of high sulfur fuel oil (HSFO) and LSFO was carried out on a low speed ME. The results show that there are significant differences in exhaust emission composition of ME under variable operating conditions, the emissions of NOx, CO2 and CO from LSFO below medium load are higher than those from HSFO, while the emissions of NOx, CO2 and CO from LSFO above medium load are lower than those from HSFO. Therefore, LSFO reduces SOx emissions, using LSFO is the most effective method for ships to meet the sulfur emission limitation.

Abstract: 在云环境中,如何高效的实现任务与资源之间的映射一直是研究的热点问题。仿生算法被广泛的应用于任务调度的优化,其中粒子群优化算法凭借其结构简单、参数少和易实现的优点而受到大力重视。但是,标准的粒子群优化算法对于存在较多局部极值云计算环境,很容易出现“早熟”的问题,这是由于种群多样性的匮乏所致。因此,在搜寻过程中能够保持种群的多样性十分重要,本文提出了“分裂”的思想,经过实验证明,该方法能够很好的解决“早熟”的问题,有效的保持种群多样性,并能有效的减少任务的完成时间。
In a cloud environment, how to map between tasks and resources efficiently has been a hot research topic. Bionic algorithm is widely used in task scheduling optimization, particle swarm optimization algorithm has been paid more attention by virtue of its simple structure, less parameters and easy to achieve. Standard particle swarm optimization algorithm, however, there are more local extreme in cloud computing environment, is prone to make the problem of “premature”, which is due to the lack of population diversity. Therefore, it is very important to maintain the diversity of the population in the search process, the paper put forward the idea of a “separatist”, the experiments show that the method can solve the problem of “premature” well, it is effective to maintain the diversity of the population, and reduce the completion time of the task effectively.

Through further investigation of surface fault activity in near-region area, shallow seismic exploration and geological radar detection of concealed faults in the site area and its vicinity, comprehensive evaluation of fault activity in near-region area and evaluation of suitability construction of Xiamen new airport are carried out.
